The Echoing Strike Warlock is the flagship build of the Warlock class introduced in Diablo II Resurrected's modern patch. It combines the Warlock's unique chain-reaction damage engine with an unmatched survivability toolkit.
At its core, Echoing Strike fires a physical strike that bounces between nearby enemies — each bounce dealing full damage with no accuracy check. In dense packs like Chaos Sanctuary or Cow Level, a single cast can chain across the entire screen, making this build the fastest area-clear option available in D2R today.
The build's strength compounds with gear: each point of +Skills increases the base damage of Echoing Strike multiplicatively, and the cannot-miss mechanic ensures consistent damage output against immune or high-defense targets that shut down most other physical builds.
On defence, the Warlock leverages Dark Shield for flat physical damage reduction and Spirit Monarch for a high FCR breakpoint — allowing near-instant repositioning via Teleport between packs with zero downtime.
