The core engine is simple: Poisonburst Arrow applies stacking poison stacks on every hit, while Toxic Growth plants detonate pods that scale directly with the amount of poison damage dealt. In dense packs, a single Gas Arrow + Poisonburst Arrow cycle detonates Toxic Growth pods across the entire screen for massive area damage.
Pathfinder ascendancy makes this even stronger — Brew Concoction nodes dramatically increase poison magnitude, CannotBeSlowed keeps you at full speed through any modifier, and FreezeImmunity/ShockImmunity/IgniteImmunity eliminate three of the most dangerous map mods entirely. The result is an extremely safe, fast clearing build.
For bossing, the rotation shifts to pre-placing Gas Arrow and Vine Arrow before the encounter, then spamming Toxic Growth pods. Because pods detonate based on poison damage dealt (not time), you can 'charge up' damage before the boss spawns for an explosive opening burst.
