When you place an order we collect: your email address, in-game character name, Discord handle, IP address, selected game and items, total amount paid, and currency. We do not store payment card details — all payments are processed through PayPal or Revolut.
We use your data exclusively to: (a) process and fulfil your order; (b) send order confirmation emails; (c) prevent fraud and rate-limit abuse; (d) send you important updates about your order. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for our legitimate interests in preventing fraud (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Order records are retained for a maximum of 2 years for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, then permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by emailing support@rank1gear.com.
We share data with: Supabase (database, hosted in the EU); Resend (transactional email); PayPal and Revolut (payment processing). Each sub-processor has its own privacy policy and GDPR compliance.
