At rank1gear we stand behind every order. This Refund Policy explains exactly when and how we issue refunds for purchases of virtual in-game assets, boosting services, and related digital products. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
All products sold on rank1gear are virtual in-game assets (currencies, items, services). Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply once delivery has commenced with your explicit consent. By completing checkout you explicitly consent to immediate delivery.
You are entitled to a full refund in the following cases: (a) We fail to deliver your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation; (b) You received the wrong items due to our error; (c) A duplicate payment was charged; (d) Your order is cancelled by us before delivery begins. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Refunds are not available when: (a) The order has been successfully delivered in full; (b) Delivery was prevented due to incorrect character name, realm, or platform information provided by you; (c) The refund request is made more than 7 days after the order date; (d) The game account was banned, suspended, or restricted after delivery through no fault of ours.
If an order is partially delivered (e.g. you purchased 10 units and only 5 were delivered), you are entitled to a proportional refund for the undelivered portion. Contact support with your Order ID and we will calculate the correct amount.
To initiate a refund: (1) Open Live Chat on our website or email support@rank1gear.com; (2) Provide your Order ID (format: R1G-XXXXXXXX); (3) Describe the issue clearly. We will respond within 24 hours. If the refund is approved it will be processed within 3–5 business days depending on your payment provider.
PayPal: Refunds are sent directly to your PayPal account and typically clear within 1–3 business days. Revolut: Refunds are sent via Revolut.me and typically clear instantly or within 1 business day. Cryptocurrency (USDT/TRC20): Refunds are sent to the wallet address provided at checkout. Processing time depends on network congestion. We are not responsible for gas/network fees. Credit Card (Stripe): Refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
Filing a chargeback for a delivered order without first contacting our support team is considered fraudulent and will result in a permanent ban from our platform. We keep detailed delivery records and will dispute fraudulent chargebacks with full evidence. We strongly encourage contacting us first — we resolve virtually every genuine dispute within 24 hours.
