3. Orders & Delivery

After placing an order, our team will contact you in-game or via Discord to arrange delivery. Estimated delivery times are:

• Items & Currency: typically within 15–30 minutes
• Boosting & Full Sets: typically within 8 hours

Delivery times may vary depending on order complexity, game server status, or queue. We will notify you of any delays via Discord or live chat.

4. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. The primary method is PayPal, processed securely through PayPal's automated checkout — your order is confirmed automatically as soon as the payment is captured. A small service fee is applied at checkout and shown before you pay. Additional payment methods may be offered where enabled; in those cases your order is confirmed once we verify the payment. We do not process credit or debit cards directly on rank1gear.com — card payments, where available, are handled through PayPal. Prices may be shown in EUR, USD, or PLN and can be subject to currency conversion by your payment provider.

5. Refunds

6. Account Safety

We use only in-game trading mechanics (face-to-face trades) for item delivery. We never require your account login credentials. You assume responsibility for compliance with individual game Terms of Service. rank1gear is not responsible for any actions taken by game publishers against player accounts.

• Resell or commercially redistribute items obtained through rank1gear
• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without valid reason
• Harass or abuse our staff or team members

8. Limitation of Liability

rank1gear is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher. We are not liable for any in-game consequences arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
